You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligible Items
Most items are eligible for return, including clothing, electronics, home goods, and accessories. Items on clearance, perishables, digital downloads, and customised products are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
Log in to your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Request Return". You'll receive a prepaid return label by email within 2 business hours. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any courier point.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), we'll send you an email confirmation. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 additional business days to appear.
Exchanges
Want a different size, colour, or product? We offer free exchanges within the 30-day window. Simply start a return and select "Exchange" as the reason. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
